Independence Day Express
Climb aboard for a patriotic journey aboard the Woodstown Central Railroad! After the conclusion of the Woodstown Fourth of July Parade, we will embark on a roundtrip ride to Swedesboro and return featuring special Fourth of July pricing.Each guest will receive a free American flag to wave as we ride the rails listening to the music from America’s songbook. This train ride will take you across peaceful Memorial Lake, through a star-spangled downtown Woodstown, and over the Oldmans Creek Trestle as you take in South Jersey countryside. This train will be powered by ex-Reading FP7, #902 and SMS Lines GP38-3, #2003.

4th of July Parade Shuttle
Each year, prior to the Woodstown 4th of July Parade, attendees struggle with traffic, road closures and finding convenient parking close to the parade route. Once the parade concludes heavy traffic conditions cause delays leaving the downtown Woodstown area. We have a solution… TAKE THE TRAIN!Celebrating its 93rd anniversary, the annual Woodstown 4th of July parade is only one year younger than most of our passenger cars. Built in 1931, our passenger train and the parade are classic examples of American history.
The annual Woodstown 4th of July Parade begins at 10am and concludes around 12pm. Passengers can choose from three departure times. Each allowing plenty of time to de-board the train and find a spot along the parade route.

Evening Rambler
The Evening Rambler is a 32-mile evening train ride that will take passengers over the entirety of the Woodstown Central Railroad. This excursion departs at 6:30pm and travels under the early evening sky, through twilight and returns as the sun sets over South Woodstown at 8:30pm. This 2-hour excursion will take you through small towns, lush forests, and open farmland as we ramble our way through Woodstown, Swedesboro, and Mannington. The Mannington Limited is a rare-milage trip over the Southern half of our railroad between Woodstown and Mannington.
